So what has happened meanwhile? Not much really. I painted over my desk. So now it is beautiful relaxing blue instead of old boring brown. I like it very muuuch! Tomorrow I expect to have visitors. Maybe I finally got a chance to play badminton this summer tomorrow with Kerttu. I really hope so. But you can never hope that weather is nice when you want it to be in Estonia, actually.
I’ve got to go to school again next week. This time it’ll be 10th class. Yesterday I saw our class list of students and there are lot of new names. That’s because last year we had four classes but this year there will be only two. Also we are having new homeroom teacher. So, a lot new things. And homework, huh. I still hope to get locker for me and Edith. But she’s not at home at this time, so I cant plan much, yet. But I’m hopeful. Bye!
Where were I last time? Camp right? Oh, I forget to tell you about one especially beautiful place. Between sea and our house were lot of junipers like everywhere else but there were also nice tunnel that you didn’t notice before you were very close. It was only few metres long but so fantastic! At the end you arrived one big stone right there where land and sea got together. When you sat down on that stone you could watch sunset (once it was fabulous: half of the sea was blue and the other pink) in the evening and both side there were bulrushes longer that human. In bulrushes there were also tunnels like corridors, one ended up at harbour but left one was so long I don’t know where it went. On water you could see seagulls or swans.
The worst was that there were lot of gnats and midges, I was completely eaten when I got home. But also I saw funny bugs, about two cm long, black, having black and white stripy feelers and making funny noise when touching. It was pleasant place for dragon-flies, there were more than one spiecies of then, most had transparent wing not blue, unfortunately.
What else can I say about this camp? It was great though I didn’t know any person before, so I got five new friends. I hope I can meet with some of them in future again. And if someone wants to ask then of course I’ll go next year again.
Now newer things. Theatre I went was Ray Cooney’s “Run for your wife” though it had different name here. It was very funny and sometimes hard to understand cause things were soo messy…. It was nice evening Wednesday.
Yesterday I had ortoptist’s appointment. That’s a doctor who checks my eyes. Results: nothing changed. Then a little shopping and one visit. We bought watermelo for that and guess what? While me and my mum were just getting off the bus bag broke and it fell!! Happy accident was: no toe-bones broken and watermelon survived too.
Tuday I went sunbathing and swimming which was cool, watertemperature was 24C! Of course it didn’t last for long. Five minuter before getting home I got heavy rain :)(
That was all, I don’t feel like typing more.
So the camp is over, I got back on Sunday but I didn’t feel like blogging before, I don’t even now in fact.
About the camp now. We were blessed with weather, whole time was very warm and sunny, even too hot sometimes. We stayed in nice and little house very near to sea lot of junipers around us. It was really beautiful nature there though some junipers were burnt-looking. We painted twice a day from ten to two and from four to seven. Mostly with oil colors I love the most but last days with gouaches because they get dry more quick and are easier to transport. People I was with were also great. There were five other campers without me, our usual teacher, educator and cook. But those three were also painting so it wasn’t that noticable.
I end this blog some else time when I have more time, cause I just heard that many seats are taken at that theatre performance so I have to hurry and go. Bye!!
Oh, was it really so long time ago when I last blogged?
Anyway, you’ve got to wait more than one-two days for next one too. That’s because I’m having art camp starting tomorrow and ending on Sunday. It’s not far away from here Keila, it tooks action at Kurkse, I don’t know how much it actually is, but I guess that about twenty km-s. The best is that it is very near to sea, we’ll be able to swim. You know yesterday I got to swim first time in this year in sea. I think temperature was about 17C or something like that. I think it’s same there cause those places are quite similar. Forecast is so good too. No rain and temperature over 20C sometimes almost 30C even. I hope I don’t get burnt or something.
For you not to be sad I did Monday Madness.
1. Have you ever attended a concert? If so, who; and how old were you when you attended your first concert?
I wouldof if I wasn’t sick once. There was some kind of song contest coming when I was about six years old but I got sick and missed everything. Later in primary school I don’t remember which one was the first: choir concert or drama club’s performance.
2. What is the biggest ride or rollercoaster that you’ve ever been on? Were you frightened to go on it?
I think I haven’t been on really gig ones, I’m not enjoying those things.
3. Is there an annual ‘festival’ that you make sure you never miss? If so, please tell about it; if not, is there any annual event that you like to attend?
No, but there is one theatre’s performance I’d like to see sooo much but there’s no possibility I will.
